The Challenge
Fordham University wanted to bring together devoted longtime donors with newer generations in support of a transformative $350 million campaign—one that addressed institutional needs in a highly competitive market as well as the great challenges facing society. Fordham focused on a profoundly strong unifying thread: support for students in all their individual complexity and humanity. The core Jesuit value cura personalis—care for the whole person—gave us the campaign name and an organizing framework.
The Impact
The campaign brand and communications materials centered student faces and the faces of alumni campaign leaders in the creative approach. The messages and narratives are resoundingly inclusive, confidently asserting the commitment of the full Fordham family to support and nurture every Fordham student. The campaign launched publicly in November 2021 and has raised almost $300M of its $350M goal.
