Heidi combines her extensive research expertise with a collaborative approach to deliver meaningful insights and results. With over a decade of experience in the higher education and nonprofit sectors, Heidi has a deep understanding of Gen Z audiences and their influencers.
Heidi is a mixed methods researcher; however, as a RIVA-trained focus group moderator, she specializes in qualitative research methods, including designing and conducting in-depth interviews (IDIs) and focus groups, as well as thematic and narrative analysis. She holds a B.A. in management and media advertising from Michigan State University, with a specialization in public relations.
