Donna Van De Water, Ph.D.

Donna has led hundreds of quantitative and qualitative studies since establishing Lipman Hearne’s market research practice in 1996. Her expert listening and observing skills serve us well—she’s a tireless advocate for our clients, their constituents, and their work.
Donna has a Ph.D. in psychology from Loyola University Chicago, where she taught for 10 years, and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, where she taught research methods in marketing. She’s on the National Council for Valparaiso University, her undergraduate alma mater. Donna rises at 4:45 a.m. every day to get running, cycling or strength training—even on weekends.
